How Much Do Your Services Cost?

For consulting services we provide a free initial meeting to understand your business, your goals and the scope of work. Then we will provide an upfront, fixed quote based on how much work/time is required to successfully achieve your goals. So you know our complete fees before we start any work.

We can be engaged on an hourly or daily rate.

We also offer coaching packages and software packages.

What Type Of Business Do You Work With?

We work with government agencies and businesses of all sizes, types and from all different industries. We structure our proposals and advice based on the business and client whether they are large multi-nationals, mid sized companies, right down to small and home based businesses. Depending on your individual situation, needs and budget we can develop a flexible strategy to help you achieve your specific business goals.

Are You Qualified Professionals?

Just as you would see a qualified lawyer if you had a legal issue, you should also see only qualified HR professionals with any HR or business consulting problems.

All of the members of our team are experienced professionals with appropriate qualifications. We also belong to the MAUS accredited international network of business consultants. We also have professional partners for client referrals if required.

Our Principal Consultant is an accredited professional human resources specialist with qualifications in business, human resources, psychology and education. She is also a Certified Professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Yes of course. Once we are engaged to work with a company or government agency we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Do You Work With Clients Outside The Canberra Region?

Although our head office is located in Canberra, we work with companies all across Australia and the Pacific. Modern technology makes it very easy to communicate and our consultants can travel to locations as required.

Will You Do All The Work For Me?

We take the time to understand your issues and then develop strategies to manage these objectives. We then plan and execute complete projects from start to finish. We provide guidance and coaching to businesses to implement advice and strategies including the development of key action plans. We will also keep you motivated and accountable to ensure your business success.
