Citron Consulting is thrilled to announce and welcome the following new Motivational Map Licensed Practitioners to our team.

1. Giuseppe Gigliotti Giuseppe

2. Aaron Sharplin
Performance Management Advisor, Department of Home Affairs

“Aaron works as a performance advisor for the Department of Home Affairs in Canberra, having been an HR specialist since October 2014. In his work Aaron believes that motivation and engagement are the key link to lifting performance and productivity. He has experienced first hand when a leader understands what motivates and drives their team they can elicit some incredible results. In Aaron’s opinion the motivational map and the empirical analysis that underpins it is one of the strongest he has experienced. The amount of ‘aha’ moments during the analysis of his own map and then when debriefing others was staggering.”

Damita holds and MBA from QUT Brisbane Graduate School of Business.”

9. Peppi Wilson
Independent Human Resources and Business Consultant

“Peppi holds a first-class honours graduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology and Sociology, with extensive experience in stakeholder management, policy development and customer representation. She has in particular an interest in consumer, social and environmental issues. Peppi has a proven ability to work constructively with a diverse range of stakeholders to accurately identify and analyse emerging and existing policy issues leading to her researching and developing well thought out options. Peppi has experience as a senior executive and has managed teams including dealing with complex technical concepts with a range of audiences and using a wide variety of formats.”

Simone Ey is the Managing Director at Citron Consulting and possesses over 20 years of human resources, organizational development and education experience. Simone’s expertise includes HR strategy including workforce optimisation, change management, organisational development, capability development, performance management and leadership coaching. Simone holds a Diploma of Business, Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources and Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Education. Simone is a Certified Professional member of the Australian Institute of Human Resources.
