GENERAL

Prior to working with a client, we discuss and sign contractual agreements that outline the engagement plan, key deliverables, fee structure and our terms of engagement.

Confidentiality

It is important for the integrity and value of our coaching relationship that we are open and honest with each other.  In this light what we discuss will remain completely confidential, within the full boundaries of morality and legality (see ethics & standards below) All information provided by the client and any written notes remain completely confidential, except in rare circumstances decreed by law.

 

If requested by the client's organisation, the coach will report in broad terms on the process and progress of coaching but will not give details and content of the coaching sessions unless the client provides permission.

Ethics & Standards

As a professionally qualified coaches and consultants we abide by the International Coaching Federation's Ethics, Standards and Code of Conduct as listed on the ICF website. www.coachingfederation.org/ethics. We also follow the ethical guidelines of the British Psychological Society.

 

Fees

Programs are determined and outlined at the commencement of the engagement with a full fee structure. Payment for private sessions is strictly at time of coaching or for corporate clients within 14 days upon invoice.  

Changes/Cancellations

Changes to appointment times can be made up to 24 hours before the session. Cancellations to sessions within 24 hours requires 100% payment. 

Changes or cancellations to facilitation, training or meetings requires 48 hours' notice or will be charged at 100 % of the agreed fee.

PRIVACY

This Privacy Policy has been published to provide a clear and concise outline of how and when personal information is collected, disclosed, used, stored and otherwise handled by Citron Consulting. The Policy relates to personal information collected by any means and by any technology.

1. Collection of Personal Information

Personal information is information or opinion from which an individual’s identity may be ascertained. The nature of personal information collected by Citron Consulting generally comprises an individual’s name and contact details (including address, phone, fax and e-mail).


Citron Consulting does not collect personal information unless it is necessary for Citron Consulting to perform one or more of its functions and activities.
Citron Consulting will destroy personal information when it is no longer required for such functions and activities.
Citron Consulting will generally collect personal information from you directly.

2. Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

Citron Consulting will use and disclose your personal information for the purpose for which the personal information was initially collected.
Citron Consulting may also use that personal information for a purpose related to the initial purpose of collection if that other purpose would be within your reasonable expectations. Related purposes might include internal auditing and administration, adding your name to a contact list, guest list or invitation list or helping us to identify production and broadcast activities which may be of benefit or interest to you.


Citron Consulting will not use or disclose your personal information for any other purposes without first obtaining your express or implied consent. Citron Consulting may however be required to disclose your personal information without your consent if the disclosure is:

  • required or authorised by law;

  • required in order to investigate an unlawful activity;

  • required by an enforcement body for investigative activities; or necessary to prevent a serious and imminent threat to a person’s life, health or safety, or to public health or safety.

Generally, Citron Consulting will retain your personal information within Australia and not use or disclose it overseas. However, on some occasions the information may need to be transferred overseas in order to perform one of the Citron Consulting functions or activities. In these circumstances, Citron Consulting will either obtain your express or implied consent or will use its best endeavors to ensure that your personal information will receive protection similar to that which it would have if the information were in Australia.

3. Direct marketing

From time to time Citron Consulting may send you information regarding functions or activities.
If you do not wish to receive direct marketing information, please let Citron Consulting know. Citron Consulting will take immediate steps to ensure that you do not receive any direct marketing information in future.

4. Changes to this Policy

Citron Consulting may change this Policy from time to time for any reason and will update the Policy accordingly.

We may collect information based on how you use our website, through ‘cookies’ and other data collection methods. This information helps us analyse and improve our website, evaluate our marketing campaign and to record statistics on web traffic. We do not use this information to personally identify individuals.

If problems arise or you wish to make a complaint about how we manage your personal information, please contact us

We are committed to resolving your concerns within a reasonable time of us being notified.

When we write to you about our decision, we will explain how you may access an internal or external dispute resolution scheme if you wish to.

If a complaint remains unresolved, you may access an external dispute resolution service or apply to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner to have the complaint heard and determined. The Commissioner may be contacted on the privacy hotline: 1300 363 992.
