Managing Director
Simone is an accredited Mediator, Coaching Psychologist (BPS), Human Resources practitioner and organisational development consultant who works with individuals, teams and organisations.
She has worked at senior executive levels, led teams, facilitated hundreds of workshops and large-scale events. Simone is highly sought as a coach, strategist and trusted advisor by private clients, organisations, CEOs and boards.
Simone's interests are particularly in building capability through high performing teams, enabling diversity and inclusion, managing burnout and implementing solutions for work life balance in psychologically safe environments.
