TEAM COACHING

We design and deliver team coaching programs that enables groups to become high performing teams. Our programs build the collective team to effectively engage together.

 

Team coaching is collaborative. We focus on the mechanics and dynamics of the interactions and behaviours of the team (not just individuals). This is a systems approach to growth and professional development through discussion, self-reflection and behavioural strategies.

Our programs cover a range of areas, including positive team dynamics, communication, collaboration, conflict resolution, and effective performance. We do this through the adaptive leadership philosophies which enables participants to identify their strengths and areas for development, whilst understanding how to navigate through tricky stakeholders and constantly evolving work priorities.

We provide life and career coaching including specific programs for young adults (16 -24 years) to balance challenging life transitions and make decisions on their study, career and future.

 

Our programs focus on understanding strengths, development of self and support through the making sometimes challenging study, career and life decisions.

 

We work with young adults to make sense and adapt to their evolving world.
